ENB partners with employers across industries including restaurants, retail, facilities management, and manufacturing to design and deliver high-quality workplace English classes. Programs are available in person, online, or through hybrid models and serve employees at both entry-level and supervisory positions.

ENB helps employers secure state funding and develop workplace English programs tailored to their businesses. Through a comprehensive needs assessment involving employees and managers at multiple levels, ENB identifies organizational priorities and designs industry-specific curricula that reflect the language demands of particular roles and workplaces.

Worker surveys, language assessments, and interviews with supervisory staff to identify priorities, logistics, and learning goals.

Training Design
Customized instruction focused on customer service, production, management skills, or pre-lean initiatives, with vocabulary and course content specific to your work environment. Classes are scheduled to align with work shifts and can be delivered in person, virtually, or through hybrid models.

Funding Applications
Preparation of competitive applications for grants through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund.
