Carly leads ENB’s programmatic work, overseeing our grantmaking, career coaching and English Works Business Services initiatives. Her goal is to increase the economic mobility of the immigrant communities of the Commonwealth through strengthening access to English classes in the community and the places where people work.
Carly is a macro social worker with over 20 years of experience in the world of nonprofit management. She has a background in legislative and electoral advocacy, teaching, and program management and evaluation. Carly serves as treasurer of the NASW MA Political Action and Candidate Education board and is a board member for the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange. She enjoys cycling, hiking, reading and puzzling along with spending time with her wife and two kids.
