Janelle Coleman brings 20 years of dedicated fundraising experience to her role as ENB’s Senior Director of Advancement. She leads ENB’s development and individual giving strategies, building donor partnerships to expand access to high-quality English classes for adult immigrants. Previously, Janelle served as Director of the Annual Fund at St. Francis House and advised local nonprofits on fundraising strategy. She holds a certificate in Social Impact Management and Leadership through the Institute for Nonprofit Practice / Tufts University and served on the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network Advisory Board.
