Thays Lobo is Senior Manager of Economic Integration at English for New Bostonians, where she leads workforce development initiatives that connect immigrants and English language learners to employment, career advancement, and economic opportunity. Since joining ENB as a Career Coach, she has grown into a leadership role overseeing programs, partnerships, and strategies that strengthen pathways from English learning to meaningful employment.
Originally from Brazil, Thays holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and completed the Institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP) CORE Certificate Program in Social Impact Management and Nonprofit Leadership. In 2026, she received the Christine Ntagengwa Leadership Award in recognition of her nonprofit leadership and commitment to advancing economic opportunity and community impact. She is passionate about creating equitable opportunities that help immigrants build on their strengths and achieve long-term economic mobility.
